Childcare Parental Survey

The Early Years and Childcare support team have launched their parental survey on Monday 17th February. This is part of their annual sufficiency reporting duty where they gather the views of parents on childcare across the county. The survey aims to ensure as many parents have their voices heard. Below is the link that takes you directly to the survey. If you have a spare moment, please complete complete the survey using the link below.
The survey will close 18th March.
The Early Years and Childcare support team are undertaking a parental survey to assess the need for childcare across Lincolnshire.
Your views are important in helping us to plan new services that will meet your family’s childcare needs. We want to know whether you can access childcare provision and if not, what the barriers are.
Please only complete this survey if you use or intend to use childcare in Lincolnshire.
Within this survey, childcare is considered as care and education provided for your child (0 -11 years), that you pay for and rely on to enable you to work, study or volunteer. This might include breakfast, after school or holiday clubs for your school aged children and or the use of a childminder or nursery for younger children. In addition, childcare also includes the funded entitlement of 15 or 30 hours for 9 months to school age accessed through an early year’s provider.
This is part of a wider annual assessment of the Childcare Sufficiency in Lincolnshire. We will also engage with childcare providers. The report will be published in Autumn 2025.
